Jay Strong left a small law firm specializing in business law and debtor-creditor relationships and "hung out his shingle" in 1982. This firm was started for, and remains firmly focused on, the practice of creditors' rights law. The firm's resources include "cutting edge" computer-driven technology, skip tracing and employment locator capabilities and correspondent relationships with numerous attorneys throughout Maryland and surrounding states. Jay Strong has lectured on various aspects of debtor-creditor relationship law in continuing legal education courses for both attorneys and judges, and is frequently consulted by individuals from both groups. The firm's mission is to provide efficient, cost-effective enforcement of creditors' rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.
