The personal information that we collect about you comes from the following sources:
- information you provide to us through online placement forms, including name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number
- information provided to us by our clients through placement forms, including name, address, telephone number, social security number, date of birth, and employer
- information about the accounts placed with us by our clients through placement forms
- information about you and your accounts given to us through payement forms
- information we get from other sources
Affiliates of The Strong Law Firm include the attorneys who may receive accounts from us. The Strong Law Firm does not share personal information with non-affiliated third parties except:
- as permitted by law, including disclosures necessary to process and service your account, to protect against fraud, to protect the security or confidentiality of our records
- at your direction or with your permission.
Our Policies and Practices to Protect Your Personal Information
We protect the personal information we collect about you by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed applicable law. Third parties who have access to personal information must agree to follow appropriate standards of security and confidentiality. We train the people who work for us on how to properly handle your personal information, and we restrict access to it.
